Hey Guys:
Getting out of the house and coming over for a visit and to run the Nitro Bike and Inferno GT. Will also be trying out my little 1/16 Mini Inferno Buggy on the offroad course. Hopefully it won't be lost out there. This is only practice. Hope to see other bikes out there Saturday. |

| Yes it is that time of year. The little nitro bike is coming out to see the changes in the track and say hi to bernie. Just wanted to give everybody a heads up that my little bike will be turning laps for practice day. As usual, I will try and make room for "faster" cars. Hope to have my Inferno GT there also. Putting in a newer GT2 motor and the parts should be here in time for the break-in. See you Saturday--Bernie and curious others. |

I'll probably be banned forever with this posting, but here it goes. I'd like to come out Saturday again for some practice time (on-road), but the main page isn't updated as usual. No wonder everybody has abandoned this forum for Rctech.net. Can't commit to a full Sunday of racing so Saturday for practice is my only time. Really enjoy the track and may eventually break down and come out for Sunday racing before it's dead. With such a nice track for on-road, why isn't it marketed more? Walt is trying his best by word of mouth and talking on other forums.
So, I may be out Saturday with the rebuilt Nitro bike (yes, it is me) and the Inferno GT and the buggy for the dirt. Just waiting for the main page to be updated before Saturday! |

Well, this confirms it. Will go to Hobbytown to race nitro. Was planning on coming out Sunday to race On-road, but for some reason, it was switched to electric only. Seems like things to come--or the end is near for on-road. Sorry, just wanted to vent. Just can't understand it. Such a nice track that gets no use.

| Gerald, we can not run nitro onroad this Sunday. We are one of the tracks that has a Midwest Series Onroad race this year. One of the rules is you cannot have a nitro onroad race the weekend of a race. There is a race this weekend somewhere else so we can not run nitro. Why do you post such negativity plus you need to do a little research before you post. Hope to see you at the track sometime since I am there alot. Only seen you there once this year. |

| Well Gerald Hope you have a good time at hobbytown. I think it will be better for you. You don't have to drive so far and they fit your needs better then we do. |

Sorry for all of the negativity. I'm not as well informed as all of the regulars. I've never talked negatively about the track. Yes, it is almost 2 hours from the house and takes a full day commitment to go there. Running my RC stuff is secondary and my marriage comes 1st when it comes to free time on the weekends. I work 3rd shift so free time with the wife is much more important than running my stuff.
The local Hobbytown is only 10 minutes from the house and my wife gives me less grief going there. Just wish LeisureHours was closer.
If you want to have words with me, see me on Saturdays practice days. If I'm there running my bike, come say hi and speak your peace. Not bashing LeisureHours in any way, just stating my disappointment.
If I didn't like the track, I wouldn't come out for practice days. Always talk positively to everybody about the track. The amount of open times for on-road practice/racing is the concern. Will still come out to practice if LeisureHours wants me after this rant. |
